We’re a welcomed retreat from the to-be-expected dishes provided by other restaurants. At Ettlin’s our family operated, family friendly restaurant masterfully prepares unique dinners and fine fare for our local patrons and area visitors from scratch. Some refer to us as a steakhouse, others a German diner, and some a seafood paradise… but we call ourselves a Swiss inspired Supper Club serving homemade food of all kinds. How Did We Get Started…

In 1972, Rudy and Ann Ettlin bought a little restaurant with the hope and dream of bringing his fabulous Swiss recipes to life in a business of their own. They were a tremendous success, running the restaurant and growing the reputation of Ettlin’s Ranchero Supper Club for 41 years. Today their daughter Heidi along with her husband Todd and the dedicated Ettlin’s staff continue the legacy Rudy and Ann brought to this small Minnesota town more than 45 years ago. They carry on the tradition of bringing a little bit of Switzerland and all its flair to the loyal patrons who have enjoyed it through all the years.
